For three years, Lauren and I have had restraining orders against us from my wife's biological father because of a blog that Lauren wrote about him at AlanBoxer.com. The stupid bastard never even had the guts to communicate with her about what she wrote - he just went straight to the legal system with two lawyers who threw up enough smoke to make some kind of case stick. Last week, we were hauled back into court as he tried to renew the restraining order Today, we got the ruling in the mail and the First Amendment wins, in clear and unequivocal terms.
